3 Things I Use to Market my Business

So I’m no Jeff Bezos, but I have managed to turn my hobby into a moneymaker. I wouldn’t have had to the courage to do that without social media. But my love for women’s portraiture isn’t enough. I have to bring clients in for the business to work.

I have 3 app that I have found pretty recently that I use to market my business. And they are not social media platforms.

1. IQ Hashtags

   This site is amazing! I type in a few keywords for my feed creative and I can browse hashtags quickly and diversify their following (more on this in the future). I then just click the copy button and I can paste right into my post draft.

2. Text messages

   Ok, I’m not sure if this counts as an app, but texting is by far a quicker way to contact my clients, leads and network. They respond faster and I can build a deeper relationship with them.

3. Google Business

   The key to this is to have a physical address and optimize the account. Fill out your profile as much as you can and post updates to the feed. Load photos and keep your direct customers up to date.
